Translate our Help Desk

If you prefer our help desk in a specific language that we do not provide yet, you can use the automatic translation feature of your browser.

Instructions

In this article we show an example process in Google Chrome.

  1. Go to the settings of your browser and click on Languages.

  2. In the first section Preferred Languages, in the bottom right corner, there is a button Use Google Translator. Activate this function.

  3. When you visit websites that use a language other than your preferred one, they will be translated automatically. Google Translate will now show you the different languages for translation. Select the language you want.

The automatic translation is usually correct. Only with technical words deviations can occur. If you encounter problems, please contact us at support@halocline.io.
