The Help Desk Call gives users of the software the opportunity to discuss questions and difficulties directly with other users and our experts. The goal of this meeting is to discuss the issues together and look for solutions. The topics can be diverse - from problems with the software to "best practices" for working on projects with Halocline.
Participation
Participation is straightforward via a link that will be sent to you by e-mail on the respective day. The Help Desk Call takes place via Microsoft-Teams, and it is not necessary to download the software to take part, as it can also be accessed via a browser. Participation does not have any further prerequisites.
