Instruction
Presenter rights
During a Multi-User meeting, all participants can move freely, talk to each other and draw in the world. This information is transmitted to the other participants.
The movement of parts and CAD objects and their transmission is always possible for one participant. This way the presenter can demonstrate processes and workflows to other participants.
The presenter, besides the right to move objects, also has the possibility to pass the presenter role to another participant. At the beginning of the meeting, the person who started the meeting has presenter rights.
Participants list
Menu > Multi-User > Participants
Under the menu item Multi-User > Participants, you can see who is currently in the meeting, who has muted their microphone, and who currently has presenter rights.
You can recognize the presenter rights by the little man with the flag in his hand.
Passing on the presenter rights
As a presenter, you can pass on presenter rights via this list of participants by clicking on the name of a participant. From then on, the selected person has the presenter rights and can move objects and demonstrate movement and process sequences.
Note:
Presenter rights can only be passed by the current presenter.
