Function
You can access the library window via Menu > Library > Open.
In addition to a selection of pre-installed standard objects and tools, it is also possible to store your own designed objects there. These can be placed in any shopfloor throughout the company.
Instructions
Open & Placing
Menu > Library > Open
You get an overview of all objects in the center of the window. Use the arrow icons to navigate through the pages. Select the thumbnail with the trigger. A preview of the selected element will be displayed. Place the object by pointing to a free area.
On the touchpad you can rotate the object, quickly switch between objects and deselect the current object.
Add object
Select > Context Menu > More > Add to library
or
Select > Menu > Library > Add
Select an object with the selection tool and open the menu. Click on Add in the library tab.
The library will open as soon as the object is added.
Rename
Click in the preview on the input field of the name to rename the object. Type the name on the keyboard and confirm it with the blue check mark.
Tip: Use Paste to use a text from the clipboard.
Delete object
Click the trash icon below the name in the preview window.
If you delete an item by mistake, you can restore it in the bottom right corner of the center window.
Export object
Click on the Export icon under the name in the preview window.
The exported data is located under Documents/Halcoline/Export.
Filter and tags
Menu > Library
At the bottom of the library is the filter window. Here you will find a search box and tags with which you can search the library.
Search the library
Click on the search field and enter a search term. Confirm with the blue checkmark. You will be shown all objects whose names contain your search term. Click on the "X" in the search field to reset the search.
Filter library
Click on the blue tags to search the library for the objects to which these tags have been assigned. Select multiple tags to narrow the search. Click the tags in the active filter to remove them from the search. Click the "X" to remove all tags from the search.
Assign tags to objects
To keep the overview in the library, you can assign blue tags to the objects. Tags are keywords that you can use to search the library. To do this, drag the appropriate terms into the properties area of the object. You can add up to 3 tags.
Remove tags
To remove a tag, drag the blue tag away from the object and drop it.
Rename tags
To rename tags, there is a blue pen at the bottom left of the filter window. Drag it to a tag with the trigger held down and release it there. Then enter a new name and confirm it with the blue check mark on the keyboard.
