Log files help us to identify your software problems quickly.
In this article we show you where to find the log files to send them to us.
- Click on the Info button (ⓘ) on the top right on the start page of Halocline
- The info window will open. Then select Support from the left navigation pane. The following window opens
- Then click on Log files to go to the location of the log files.
- Please zip all folders to a single file and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you with more information.
